Returns & Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that custom prints are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied with the quality, contact us immediately at hello@bloomgallery.store with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days. You do not need to return the defective product.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and make a new purchase separately.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
