What is Bloom Gallery’s shipping policy?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 days. Shipping times vary: 3–4 business days to the USA, 6–8 days to Europe, 2–14 days to Australia, 4–8 days to Japan, and 10–20 days internationally. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. Your payment details are securely processed during checkout.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in process. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@bloomgallery.store as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees determined by your local customs office. Bloom Gallery is not responsible for these charges.
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors, inquire with your local post office, and check with your neighbors. If the address is correct and you still haven't received your package, contact us at hello@bloomgallery.store with your order number.
What is Bloom Gallery’s return policy?
Under EU law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For returns, contact us at hello@bloomgallery.store.
How do I initiate a return?
To return an item, email us at hello@bloomgallery.store. Send your return to: NOOI Agnieszka Świerczyńska, ul. Arakowa 8a/3, 05-500 Zamienie, Poland/EU. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or I’m not satisfied with the quality?
Contact us at hello@bloomgallery.store with a photo of the damaged item and a description of the issue. We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days. You do not need to return the defective product.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, custom prints are not eligible for returns or refunds.
